At the Success Partnership we believe in creating a coaching partnership which support you in releasing you full and true potential.
We support the ICF (International Coach Federation's) definition of coaching: 'Coaching is a professional partnership between a qualified coach and an individual or team that supports the achievement of extraordinary results, based on goals set by the individual or team. Through the process of coaching, individuals focus on the skills and actions needed to successfully produce their personally relevant results.'
About Therese
In 2006 I became one of only a selection of UK and New Zealand coaches to complete the International Coach Federation's (ICF) certification requirements and was awarded the title - Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
I have over fourteen years practical experience, have completed well over 2,000 hours of coaching with individual clients and have over 400 hours of coach specific training,
Coaching, personal and professional growth and training is my passion and I have spent the last 20 years researching and investigating this field on my own personal and professional journey.

I offer a 30 minute complimentary coaching consultation for people who are interested in creating extraordinary results and taking their life and career/business/organisation to the next level.
Coaching works when there are two factors present:
(1) The client is willing to grow; or
(2) there is a gap between where they are now and where they want to be.
That is all that is necessary for the coach and client to solve problems, create a new life, turn business around, and/or design and implement a plan of action.
