DISC Behavioral Assessments

Knowledge of oneself is the biggest modifier of behavior.

What is DISC?
DISC is the universal language of observable human behavior, or “how we act”. DISC does not measure education, experience, values or intelligence. It simply measures an individual’s behaviors, or how they communicate.

The Application of DISC
With the knowledge of DISC, you can learn to understand and appreciate your behavior style, and then adapt your style in communication with others. In fact, you can change the golden rule. Rather than treating others as you would want to be treated, you can treat others the way they want to be treated.

How DISC is Measured
TTI’s DISC assessment accurately measures four dimensions of behavior, which are each associated with a behavioral style:

How you influence others to your point of view ⇒ Influence
How you respond to the pace of the environment ⇒ Steadiness
How you respond to rules and procedures ⇒ Compliance

The results of TTI’s DISC assessment reveal an individual’s high and low placement in each of the four dimensions that make up their unique natural and adapted behavioral styles. This is depicted by two illustrations, TTI’s Style Insights® Graphs and the Success Insights® Wheel.

How we use DISC
We use DISC in organisation and with teams and with individuals, who are looking to understand themselves and others better.

With The Success Partnership, you can complete a DISC behavioural profile on line and receive your Behavioural Profile within 24 hours. You will then work with a behavioural analyst for an hour who will help you interprest your Profile.

Attend a workshop which will enable you to:

• increase your appreciation of others, and to respect and value differences

We offer half day and one day workshops. In half a day you can get the basics. In the full day workshop you can also begin to apply what you learn to real communication challenges you are facing. Workshops can be provided for teams (functional or multi-disciplinary) or mixed groups.
