Therese Hoyle, founder of The Success Partnership, is an educational consultant, behavioural specialist, trainer, teacher, executive coach and inspirational presenter.
Therese is the creator of the social, emotional coaching programme called "The Turn a Round Circle Time Programme"; Powerfully Positive Playtimes, Wellbeing for You - Balancing Work and Life and the EduCoach, coach training programme.
Therese regularly consults and advises schools and teachers on aspects of behaviour management and social and emotional needs of children and teens. She offers a range of exciting courses and one on one leadership coaching to schools, organisations and individuals, nationally and internationally and currently works mainly in the UK and New Zealand.
All Success Partnership programmes draw from the latest findings in neuro-science, emotional literacy and positive psychology.
Our programmes aim to help support you in delivering the Emotional Health & Wellbeing agenda for Healthy Schools and TaMHS (targeted mental health in schools) , SEAL (Social and Emotional Aspects of Learning), the Early Years PSED (personal, social and emotional development) and SEAD (Social and emotional aspects of development) curriculum and Every Child Matters, PHSE and the Primary National Strategy.
Over the last 14 years Therese has worked with over 400 schools and organisations , over 50 local education authorities and with 13,500 individuals nationally and internationally.
Her work has been featured in the Times Education Supplement, a BBC Anti Bullying Video, New Zealand's Education Gazette, Teachers Matter, Reader's Digest, Elle Magazine and Shape Magazine.
